Anyway, we need to get this thread to stay on-topic, because it's terribly fun to bash Bush if you do it right, and it's very difficult to do it right when we keep going off on tangents like this.

I can't put up any more pictures cause I'm leeching wireless off of my neighbor and am practically as slow as dial-up right now. I would put up some quotes too, but I think the ones I can think up off of the top of my head everyone has already heard of. You know, the classic "is our kids learning?", etc. Later I'll post some great YouTube videos on him.

And yes Bush is retarded at least in the sense that he makes no sense whatsoever I mean when a guy says "We need an energy bill that encourages consumption.", "I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.", and the classic one, and my all-time favorite, "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
you just know he has something wrong with him, because he keeps making the same mistakes, whether it be in speeches or domestic and foreign policy.

I also believe he wasn't that great either. But thats just because he didn't go far enough with the war. He also believed in an amnesty policy for immigrants which I disliked as well. So I don't think he was all that great either, however people can't just call him a retard and people who vote for him a retard, because logos isn't the only element that comes in to play when voting for a president. 22% of the election was dependant upon his morals, and because he has Christian morals, that was the big cookie right there.

I can see voting for him once, but twice after the mess he had already gotten the country into is just an act of idiocy beyond me. No I'm not a Democrat, just not an idiot. (not a Republican either)

They need to invent a word for when a piece of information that deflects what most people see as commonplace becomes to widely-spread that it is then seen as the replacement for the original commonplace belief.

When people say, "Bush isn't as dumb as everyone thinks", they think they're being very smart and thinking independently, but really this bit of information has been repeated almost more than the bashes put on Bush (Okay, not really, but it helps express my point).

The point is not the technical, or even theoretical, intelligence of George W. Bush. The point is that he's an idiot. There's a difference.

I really don't see how people can give one person so much attention. Regardless of how he does run the country, there's nothing we can do until;

A) We get a better president
B) We get a female president
C) He has a heartattack and someone used the last Tylenol

I'm not big on politic, but in his defense, regarding the war, he was put in an unfavorable position on the choices he had to make.
