| Any ideas for a cool banner for the site? (It will take the place of the weird looking computer monitor)

| Technically lesbian?
Anyway, use the idea I had originally for the TDoM site, with the flaming name but with a transparent, relatively small background. It complements the blue/black theme pretty well.
You may want to add some other stuff to it too, just to make it more interesting. Maybe some random blades like I know you like doing so much.

| Does anyone know how I can make white space around an image transparent instead with Photoshop?
Failing that, Soul, can you change the banner for a short time so you can give me a screenshot of the banner and the area around it

| You can use alpha channels to make things invisible (Or, in Photoshop, just select the area you want invisible and use their fancy-pants cut option). This will not make the image smaller, though. To do that, you actually have to cut the areas off. So, if you make a banner for this and make the areas around it invisible but they're still there, the image could look weird because there would be large gaps between where the banner's image stops and where the forum contents start. | |

| Yea, also, unlock the background layer as soon as you start n shit so that you can delete it to the transparent background | |

| Demo says it needs more contrast, and I am often told that LCDs have high contrast, so here's version 2.0. Also, it looked too much like crosshairs, so I added little blips. If anyone can add in one of those little lines that sweeps around with fading green stuff after it, that'd be neat, but those are beyond my ability to create. | |

| Always listen to your Demo, little grasshopper.
Even if you don't see it, just blindly obey my commands and all will end up well.
Now, raise me an army of children under the age of 15 so that I may take over Mongolia. I have a plan for those eastern SoB's...
EDIT: Oh, I forgot. I like the final outcome, much better than the original you started out with. Nitro for the win.

| Smooth transition of banner into background FTW. Edit: might try the pixelated version before deciding, if there's a max size that these exceed. Shrinking could make the jaggediness unnoticeable, and there's a slightly irritating difference in styles between letters now. Also, my spell checker recognizes "Kafkaesque" as a word, but not "pixelated." And the picture of the kid in Preview's icon is freaky.

| Yet again, why don't you just make it transparent like mine is? I'll post again to show you the SAME IMAGE works with a darker background lol | |

'Cause then it doesn't blend well with the background. It's a sharp line.

| Technically wouldn't Kafkaesque have a hyphen in it? Kafka-esque.
I'm going to search for the literal equivalent of pixelated, because that's starting to bug me now.
EDIT: Pixelated (adj): "pertaining to a printed image which has been digitized; visible as a pattern of pixels; also written pixellated". Also, it isn't Kafka-esque. I don't know why I thought that. Just forget it.
