| I may make a maze that's like a pirate maze where the whole thing you walk on a plank avoiding enemies n shit... And at the end you walk off and die The reward is pleasing. Or maybe you're at the end of the plank and you battle your way back to captain's quarters where you take over the ship... I unno SOUNDS EXCITING TO ME, BUT YOU PEOPLE ARE ALL LIKE DEMON HUNTERS FTW I'M LIKE PIRATES FTW | |

| How about you make the map a test of skill for my clan =) Ninja goes on the path to peon. Pirate goes on the path to Grunt. | |

| I am! Currently I'm trying to find a ground texture that is like the barrel destructible but is walkable (no checking off walkable doesn't work for w/e fucking reason)
I may have to make my own... But I can't find the barrel ground texture in the exporting thing, I'll have to get an mpq editor and extract it manually o_o

| Pssh, just make your own you fool.
Anyway, ninjas are so greater than pirates. If any of you disagree, I will boycott your soul (I bet you didn't know that was possible, but there's a lot about the popularity of your soul that you didn't know I was involved with).
And is this plank all just one long line? That doesn't seem very interesting. The pirates/ninja idea seems original enough, but there would have to be water, etc. Maybe you should do one of those pseudo-water world tutorials I keep seeing around.

| Straight line? God no! My planks are... Not... Straight And quite intricate. You'll see.. hah... Psuedo water tutorials? No... No. Just shallow water and low blue fog will do.. | |

| That's what she said...and you remember the result? I'm surprised at your low-budget attitude, Elmo. Here at the SF, we don't "just" anything, we're all about capping it to the max and blowing this mo fo from the water.
Interpret that as you will.

| I could do the terrain, if you don't mind giving a stranger (who can host) an unprotected copy of your map. I like terraining, if I have some degree of freedom in it. | |

| You...like terraining?
My greatest dream would be to have someone walk up to me with a map completely pre-terrained and pre-configured so that the only thing I had to worry about was making completely original, never-before-seen triggers.
That's my problem, I get bored very easily and can't muscle through anything when it becomes too tedious, so I often just give up when I end up doing things like terraining. Chief taught me a technique to make it more interesting, but it made the maps way too complex and kinda laggy.
If any of you love terraining, etc. and just happen to have a spare map completely done with basic triggers in it and want some crazy, completely-out-of-place-yet-still-amazingly-cool triggers, I'm your man.

Yeah. Terraining is sliced bread and a bag of chips if you give me any freedom with it.

| So, had some conversations a while back with Nitro/Soul/Odin or something (I can't really remember, I was tired) about having a map go between us all. I like this idea, because then Nitro can be responsible for the terraining (and I can trust him to make it look good), Soul can do the base triggers with Odin (as long as I/Nitro get(s) to BAMF them along the way), and I get to make random, unique triggers that make people go "oh, nifty." (Nitro can do this too) | |

Because if you are, you're totally right.
Pls to be no sending me to prisun:(
EDIT: This reply took so long because I base my replies on whether or not the thread says there is a new post, but this one never did so I didn't read it. But I never read those so I'm pretty sure it was lying.
